We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

• Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase.
• A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact.

Important Notice:
For hygiene reasons and in accordance with Egyptian regulations, underwear items cannot be returned or exchanged.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
